原以为只是一次演讲邀约，没想到成为一次“意外之喜”。

2025年11月6日，在沙特首都利雅得，《艾问iAsk》创始人、央视原财经评论员、全国三八红旗手艾诚（Gloria Ai）从沙特公主殿下 HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef Al Saud手中，接过了 2025 全球女性创意论坛（Creative Women Forum Saudi Arabia）颁发的“卓越创意领导力奖”（Excellence Award for Creative Leadership）。

At Princess Nourah University in Riyadh, under the patronage of HRH Princess Noura bint Saud bin Nayef Al Saud, Gloria Ai – Bilingual Financial Anchorwoman, Founder of iAsk Media & Capital, China National March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetter(one of China's highest honors recognizing outstanding women) received the Excellence Award for Creative Leadershipfor her decade-long contribution to women’s empowerment and storytelling.

这是艾诚首次登上沙特舞台，也是她继荣获“全国三八红旗手”后，在国际舞台上再次以女性创新与领导力代表的身份被全球肯定。

This marks Gloria Ai’s debut on a Saudi stage — and her global recognition as a leader in women’s innovation and empowerment, following her 2021 honor as National March 8th Red-Banner Pacesetterin China.

Creative Women Forum 是中东最具影响力的女性创新盛会，由 Princess Nourah University 主办，并由沙特皇室赞助。2025年大会以“Empower · Engage · Sustain” 为主题，汇聚了来自 50 多个国家的女性领袖、创作者与企业家。

As one of the Middle East’s most influential women’s innovation forums, the Creative Women Forum —hosted by Princess Nourah Universityand backed by the Saudi Royal Family— welcomed women leaders, creators, and entrepreneurs from over 50 countries under the 2025 theme: Empower · Engage · Sustain.

艾诚以全英文主题演讲《Bridging Worlds: Media, Capital, and the Rise of Female Leadership》登台，讲述她从黄山女孩到国际财经主持人和科技投资人的旅程，探讨 AI 与爱如何共同定义女性领导力的速度与方向。

演讲结束后，主办方宣布——艾诚获“ 全球创意女性卓越创意领导力奖”，由 HRH Princess Noura 殿下亲自颁发。

Gloria Aidelivered a Full-English keynote titled “Bridging Worlds: Media, Capital, and the Rise of Female Leadership,” sharing her journey from a small-town girl in Huangshan to global business host and tech investor. To her surprise, the organizers announced she would be honored on the spot—with the award personally presented by HRH Princess Noura.

艾诚在接受联合国电视台采访时候表达：做不了伟大的事时，就用伟大的方式把每件小事做到极致。不把“我是女性”当成限制，也不用刻意不追求“男女平等”四个字，而是追求人人被平等对待。

GloriaAi believes that when you can't do great things yet, do every small thing in a great way.Nev er see "being a woman" as a limitation. Don't just pursue the phrase gender equality but pursue equal dignity for all.

在回应 联合国电视记者 Montana Allan提问——“艾问千人以后，真正有影响力的声音与短暂的流量之间，差别是什么？”

When asked by Montana Allan from UN TV, “After interviewing over a thousand founders, what separates the truly impactful voices from the merely visible ones?”

艾诚回答：“在创投世界，成功往往转瞬即逝——一将功成，万骨枯。但在这些起伏的故事中，我学到：真正的影响力，不靠曝光度，而靠能穿越不确定性的价值观。在充斥噪音与算法的时代，真正有影响力的人，是那些在创造世界真正需要的东西。”

Gloria Ai replied:“In the venture world, success is fleeting — one succeeds, a thousand fail. But through these stories of rise and fall, I’ve learned that true influence is not built on visibility, but on values that survive uncertainty. In a world of noise and algorithms, impact is created by those who build what the world truly needs.”

访谈最后，艾诚首次分享了即将发布的 “Ms. AI 艾诚数字主播” 项目计划。她希望借助中国人工智能技术的力量，让自己的数字孪生体以 阿拉伯语、法语、英语 等多语种，向世界讲述中国创新故事。

At the end of the interview, Gloria revealed her upcoming project — “Ms. AI: Gloria Ai Digital Anchor.”Powered by China’s advanced AI technology, her digital twin will speak in Arabic, French, English, and more, sharing stories of Chinese innovation with the world.

艾诚（Gloria Ai），主持人、投资人、《艾问iAsk》创始人，曾任中央电视台驻纽约财经评论员，现任《艾问人物》出品人，也担任国内外财智盛会如博鳌亚洲论坛等的常邀双语主持。艾诚是哈佛大学、北京大学和中国传媒大学的校友代表，清华大学苏世民学院业界导师，YPO世界青年总裁组织成员。
